Terms and Conditions

Your health and safety are our highest priority. A patch test is strictly required for all new clients booking any tinting, lash lifting, or brow lamination treatments.

This test must be completed at the studio at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not attend a required patch test, we will be unable to proceed with your treatment, and your appointment will be canceled.

Please inform our team of any allergies, medical conditions, or previous reactions to eye treatments before your appointment begins.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

To ensure we can provide the highest quality service to all clients, please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule the appointment entirely to avoid disrupting the schedule for the next client.

In cases where the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a late cancellation fee may apply.

All prices listed for brow and lash treatments are subject to change. However, we will always honor the price that was active at the time you booked your appointment.

Payment is due in full at the end of your service. We accept major credit cards and cash payments at the studio.
